1. Park Tickets

All park entry tickets and day passes are non-refundable once purchased.
However, in the event of severe weather, park closures, or operational issues caused by Lion Park Resort, guests may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future visit.

2. Special Events and Group Bookings

Deposits for events and group bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For full refunds, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date. Partial refunds may be granted within 7–13 days at management’s discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund
